Copify Review How Good Is Their Content?. I recently ordered a blog post from Copify to see how good their content writing services are. Copify is a popular content business that offers a range of different copywriting services. There are loads of different blog writing services out there, so I wanted to see if Copify was worth it.
Copify Review How Good Is Their Content?
In this article, you can know about Copify Review here are the details below;
Basically, Copify offers a very efficient service – making it easy for any business to get the copy they need fast. However, the actual content I received was a little underwhelming. Read the full Copify review below where I reveal the order process, pricing, and whether I would publish the content I received.
Pros
- Fast turnaround time
- Straightforward and simple order process
- Good value for money
- Wide range of content options is available
- Copify offers SEO keyword research services
Cons
- Content quality could be improved
- Contact with a salesperson is required before creating an account
- No option to choose your writer
- Customer service could be improved
Conclusion
As a blog writing service, Copify was a bit underwhelming. Although they offer good value, fast turnaround times, and an easy ordering process, the content that I received could definitely use some work, and the customer service could also use improvements. Overall, Copify does the job, but there are certainly more professional content writing services out there.
Copify Reviews (3rd Party Reviews)
I started this Copify review by checking out some reviews, and I was a little bit scared after what I saw. Copify has an average of 2.5 stars out of 5 on Trustpilot, with 89% of reviews listing the company as “bad” (see here).
Out of the 9 reviews, only one of them had good things to say about Copify. The rest were either from writers or clients complaining about the poor customer service, working environment, and quality of writing.
I searched for other reviews to see if Copify could redeem themselves, but there wasn’t much hope out there. From reviews written by their writers and reviews from their clients, Copify doesn’t have a great reputation online. Also check Trengo Alternatives
Not the best start, but I wanted to test their service for myself to see if my Copify review will find a good side to this service.
My Copify Experience
For this Copify review, I ordered a blog post to see how their services worked first-hand.
Here is a breakdown of my experience.
Signing Up
Most content writing services, like Compose.ly or ContentFly, allow you to simply create a profile online and order content directly. These services are quick and easy to use, allowing you to get content ordered within minutes.
With Copify, you first need to get in touch with their sales team. This helps them understand exactly what you want, but it’s also a little bit irritating if you just want to get started.
First, I had to fill out a simple contact form and wait for a salesperson to get in touch.
Once I explained my content requirements to the friendly salesperson, I was able to register my account. Then all you need to do is put in your email address, name, and password, and you can access your own personalized dashboard. This is where all of your orders are managed.
Pricing
For this Copify review, I paid $40 for a 500-word blog post. Copify charges $0.07 per word plus 20% VAT. I just placed a standard, once-off blog post so I paid standard pricing. However, this can change if you request more advanced custom orders and monthly subscriptions.
The flat rate you pay for Copify applies to all of the writers, which they match to you based on your brief. With a service like Constant Content, you get a lot of control over who writes your content for you. Not with Copify though. This means the consistency of the content can be questionable.
Creating Your Order
Placing an order is simple from this point. First, you need to choose the type of content that you’re ordering and set your word count. Copify has some great options available for types of content that they can write.
Then you include your brief. You can add in your blog title, URL, suggested keywords, and any other requirements you might have.
Once your brief is submitted, you move on to payment. This can be accomplished via recognition card or PayPal, and your account has a “Money” section where you can stay up to date with your balance. You pay for your order, and your order is confirmed.
Turnaround Time
Copify advertises a 48 hour turnaround time for its content. This is very efficient and much quicker than many other content writing services that we have reviewed.
I received my blog post after 48 hours, as advertised. Copify claimed it had been written by a writer experienced on the topic, and edited and proofread before I got it.
Content Quality
So far, my Copify review has been relatively smooth. But the most important question is: how good is the content they deliver?
I ordered a simple 500-word blog post.
Here is my feedback.
Would I Publish This Article?
I was a bit disappointed with the overall quality of the article. The writer covered the topic as I had requested, but the writing tone that I requested just wasn’t there. This required a fair bit of reworking from my side.
The article was alright, but certainly not very impressive. There was no real flair, and the writing style felt a bit too formal. Some sentences were difficult to read, and some paragraphs were just too long. These are things we pay careful attention to at Contentellect.
Overall, I got the impression that this blog post had been rushed, without a great deal of research or thought put into it. This is probably a result of their fast turnaround times. Also check Sendy Alternatives
What Errors Did I Find?
The blog post was not error-free. There were two critical mistakes that Grammarly showed, which is something I wouldn’t expect from a professional content writing service.
The Copyscape plagiarism score was acceptable, and all of the information was factual. Everything I had included in the brief was delivered, and the article was well structured.
The only major problem was that the blog post was just a bit too boring to read.
Customer Service
According to their online reviews, Copify really falls short with its customer service. I didn’t experience any major negatives, but I didn’t experience anything great either.
The initial contact with the salesperson is friendly and informative. They provide all of the information you need and are quick to answer any questions. Once you sign up though, this seems to be where the customer service ends. Copify isn’t particularly helpful with responding to feedback or providing edits.
